- In addition to ENGL 1010 , students may be required to also take ENGL 1011 (2 credits) due to placement, adding 2 additional credits to their graduation total.
- Social Science Major courses are any with the prefix ANTH, HIST, POLS, SOC, SOWK. Students are required to take courses from at least 3 of the 5 different prefixes through the degree. Please work with your advisor to choose the best courses for your interest.
- General Electives may be from any department 1000 level or higher.

- Both Language courses must be in the same language, i.e. both courses must be in American Sign Language, or both courses must be in Spanish.
- STAT 2070 may be taken in place of STAT 2050 .
