OEAC 2410 - Outdoor Leadership

This course introduces the principles and practices of small group dynamics that involve theories of leadership, leadership models, ethics, Problem-Solving, and the effective improvement of a small group. The course will also integrate key leadership theories and experiential learning strategies, as well as reflection exercises to improve personal leadership in outdoor education.

Prerequisite: OEAC 1000
