This course is designed for two audiences: students completing specific courses in the HelpDesk/IT Support Specialist Certificate for which a credential is available (such as CIS 2000 IT Fundamentals or CIS 1360 PC Support Technician (A+)) or for those who have gained significant knowledge in the workplace. The course fee for this course will cover the exam cost.
