PEAC 1130 - Stability Ball

This course is designed to enhance physical fitness by using the stability ball. Emphasis is placed on training the core muscles of the body, using proper exercise techniques and body alignments, and applying general fitness principles. Progressive conditioning techniques will be used to develop muscle tone and strength, balance, and stability.
