MGT 2100 - Principles of Management

This course is an introduction to the theory and practice of management in its application to the public and private sectors. The basic idea of the course is to stimulate an awareness of management, management functions, and management in utilizing and coordinating human and physical resources. Scientific and quantitative techniques are emphasized in decision-making and the solving of decision problems involving alternatives.
