PEAC 2005 - Personalized Fitness I Credits: 1 This is phase one of a two-phase lecture/lab conditioning program. This course is a general conditioning program which includes the four areas of fitness: cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Personal exercise prescriptions will be written by the instructor.
