Online Learning at Western Wyoming Community College meets the needs of students within our 5-county area and beyond.
Western offers over 190 courses through the online medium and the number of degrees offered entirely online are continuing to grow. Although online learning offers great flexibility and students can work on their courses 24 hours a day. Generally, online courses are not self-paced, and will have assignments due on specified dates. Online courses have start and ending dates that coincide with the on-campus semester or block course schedules.
Academic Policies are the same for traditional classroom and online courses. Through a variety of delivery methods, students enrolled in distance education courses have access to student services, library, tutoring, and counseling opportunities similar to students on campus.
