HelpDesk/IT Support Specialist Certificate

The Help Desk/IT Support Specialist Certificate is designed to provide training for aspiring IT Help Desk technicians. Students will gain the knowledge and develop the skills in the computing technologies required for a variety of entry level positions in the field IT support. Such computing technologies include hardware and software support, programming principles and practices, ERP training, networking, and cybersecurity.
