ELTR 1502 - Electrical Safety Awareness II

Credits: 1-3

This course will provide an expanded curriculum related to electrical safety awareness. The curriculum will be based on industry needs such as public safety, emergency preparedness, and worker protection. This course is for participants in the industry, such as electrical technicians or any personnel allowed to cross an electrical hazard approach boundary. Students will be introduced to using the NFPA70E “Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace” and electrical compliances as outlined by MSHA and OSHA. This course is approved for S/U grading.
