LEAD 2100 - Leading Negotiation and ChangeCredits: 3
This course equips students with the interpersonal, strategic, and ethical skills needed to negotiate effectively and lead teams through change in organizational contexts. Students will explore negotiation frameworks, communication strategies, conflict resolution, resistance management, and change dialogue. Using realistic scenarios, role-plays, and reflective exercises, learners will develop the capacity to negotiate with integrity, foster trust, mediate disputes, and guide transitions in complex environments.
