KIN 2130 - Fundamentals of Exercise Science

Credits: 4

This course provides an introduction to exercise physiology principles as they relate to human movement. Students will learn and understand the anatomy of the components of the body as it relates to exercise. Students will learn and practice different methods of assessment and measurements of the components of fitness as well as evaluate the physiological response under certain conditions.
