PEAC 1290 - Physical Conditioning Credits: 1 Physical Conditioning is the enhancement of physical fitness through the proper use of exercise and training. Emphasis is placed on learning appropriate exercise techniques as well as general fitness principles. Utilizing the latest equipment and techniques designed for physical enhancement, conditioning will focus on muscle tone and strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, agility, and stability.
