OEAC 2800 - Outdoor Leadership

Credits: 3
This course introduces the principles and
practices of small group dynamics that involve
theories of leadership, leadership models, ethics,
problem solving, and the effective improvement of
a small group. The course will also integrate key
leadership theories and experiential learning
strategies as well as reflection exercises to
improve personal leadership in outdoor education.

Prerequisite: OEAC 1000 - Foundations of Recreation & Tourism Credits: 3
